Data Deletion Policy

At Smoomer, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you have used our services and would like your data to be deleted, you may request removal at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data in one of the following ways:

  1. Email Request
    Send an email to privacy@smoomer.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and delete your data.

  2. In-App Request (if applicable)
    If you are logged into your Smoomer account, you may navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data to submit a request directly.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active systems.

  • Certain limited information may be retained if required by law (for example, tax or compliance records).

  • Once your data is deleted, your account cannot be restored.

Response Time

We will process your request within 30 days of receipt and will notify you once the deletion is complete.
